Sam and Joe are responsible for all phases of their new home construction projects and residential rentals. Learning the art of quality craftsmanship and home design from their father and grandfather, Joe and Sam deliver management expertise to all projects, offering affordable, energy-efficient new home construction with the sophistication that marks their homes throughout the generations as “DeMarzo-built.”

As the next generation of S. DeMarzo & Sons homes, Sam Jr. is responsible for continuing and growing the family tradition. His eye for detail and commitment to flawless construction supports his daily work supervising all building, sourcing, and property upkeep.
